Kognitos

You can't trust what you can't see

AI Platform · Visualization System · 2026

Kognitos turns plain-English instructions into business automations. I designed the visual system that helps people understand and verify what the AI built — from 1 step to 100+.

About

What it's like towork with me?

Turn ambiguity into direction

I turn unclear requests into a shared problem, a decision to make, and a path the team can act on.

Make tradeoffs visible

I make the gains, costs, and constraints explicit so the team can choose the right scope for the release.

Align around decisions

I bring product, engineering, research, and domain experts together around evidence—not preference.

Design systems, not screens

I connect strategy, workflows, and reusable foundations before resolving the interface details.

Learn, ship, and refine

I define what success should look like, test the risky assumptions, and use what we learn to shape the next release.

Experience

What I've madeso far

Designing how non-technical operators supervise AI agents that run enterprise workflows — finance, procurement, supply chain — in plain English.

Led the redesign that moved Hazel's telehealth from managed iPad kiosks to any-device responsive web. Re-architected access around visit-scoped sessions — access tied to a single visit, not a device or account — working closely with engineering on the HIPAA-compliant session model. Cut visit setup time by ~50%, eliminated $4.5M in kiosk hardware costs, and reduced missed visits across 160+ districts and 3,000+ schools.

Designed 3D treatment-planning tools for orthodontic clinical workflows, making clinical review and case setup ~40% faster for practitioners.

Designed the core booking and quoting flows for an early-stage AI freight platform, shaping the product's first coherent UX.
